Maintenance
Although low-maintenance, FenceScape components may require periodic cleaning to help maintain the beauty of the product. Frequency of cleaning requirements will vary by region and environment. For periodic cleaning, use a cleaner like eco-friendly Corte Clean or Zinsser's Jomax that contains or is mixed with Sodium Hypochlorite.

Follow the manufacturer’s application instructions. Rinsing may be performed with a pressure washer. The recommended maximum is 1200 psi for FenceScape products. A fan tip nozzle should be used, and spray in the direction of the wood pattern or fence boards to avoid damaging the surface of the fence. Use caution not to damage the material, and always take the proper safety precautions when operating a power washer.

State-of-the-art technology
FenceScape's rail contains a honeycomb of galvanized steel that provides strength to help prevent the potential creep experienced with temperature changes or long-term load. This patent-pending technology results in a fence with unparalleled strength and beauty. FenceScape also uses state-of-the-art technology that reduces its weight while maintaining its durability. A FenceScape fence board is about 30-40% lighter than a traditional solid composite board.

FenceScape is introducing a self-supporting 5-1/4" post. The post is serrated to match the rails, and it has a 1/2" wall thickness to provide added strength. It is accompanied by two new post cap options to fit its 5-1/4" x 5-1/4" profile.

And to complete the product offering, FenceScape has added powder-coated, color-matched rail brackets. The brackets present an alternative to toe screwing the rails between the posts, which eliminates the need to pre-drill, saving time and providing extra strength.
